Situational Analysis :

ONLINE education has witnessed a tremendous growth. It has enough potential to grow more in coming years. Now-a-days quizzing students and distributing prizes in various forms is a common practice among advertisers. SVIP aims to provide a solid platform for the students to learn and a unique way to the companies to advertise their products.

Conducting a program costs a whopping amount to the organizers. With the help of SVIP online services, the advertisers will be able to reach the schools across the globe easily at a lower cost.

 

SVIP’s Expansion Plans

The aim of SVIP is to mark a global presence. We had concrete plan to expand our wings in the following manner-

  • Geographic, and
  • Demographic 

Geographic:

            SVIP’s Geographic expansion plan is distributed into Five Different Phases -
           
1st  Phase

  • Under this phase, we are planning to cover 1000 CBSE school of India.
  • We are targeting at least 25,000 students /audiences during this phase
  • The targeted school session is 2007-2008

2nd Phase:

  • Under this phase, we are planning to cover 2,000 CBSE, ICSE schools of India
  • We are targeting at least 75,000 students / audiences during this phase
  • The targeted school session is 2008-2009

3rd Phase:

  • Under this phase, we are planning to cover nearly 3,000 schools of major boards of Indian states, plus some state boards of America
  • We are targeting at least 1, 00,000 students / audiences during this phase
  • The targeted school session is 2009-2010

4th Phase:

  • Under this phase, we are planning to cover the entire geography of Republic of India. The purpose of this phase is covering all the left part of India.
  • We are targeting at least 4,000 schools and 2,00, 000 students / audiences during this phase
  • The target school session is 2010-2011

5th Phase:

  • Under this phase, we are planning to cover schools of Europe, United States, Australia, Middle East and India
  • We are targeting 3,00 000 students / audiences during this phase
  • The target school session is 2011-2012

Demographic :

  • Demographically, SVIP is planning to cover 70% public schools and 30% Government schools during our 5 phase expansion plan.
    Behavior Factor: Behavior factor is very important for working with SVIP project. At SVIP, we all must have to understand the following ground rules to make our endeavor successful-
  • Need of enthusiasm for domestic, national and international competitions
  • Demand of understanding new ways of learning - ONLINE education.
  • Keeping the students / audiences busy with an aim to win big prizes and scholarships
  • Globalization

SWOT Analysis:

Our Strengths -

  1. SVIP International Online Questions Data Bank (IOQDB) contains thousands of questions / problems on all subjects and topics for all schools and all categories of students.
  2. We have well prepared questions according to different boards, curriculum, syllabus, books, subject, Chapters, topics, subtopics and grades etc.
  3. Questions on General Knowledge and Current Affairs will be based on the programs of NDTV India, or Zee TV or some well known News Channel depending on the sponsorship program.
  4. Attraction of ONLINE annual quiz programs studded with scholarships, prizes and awards worth more than Rs.10 Lakhs annually.

  • Students are desirous to take part in national and international competition and hence we do not need to worry more about our users who are easily available.
  • ONLINE education is gaining popularity and has tremendous market potential to grow.
  • Our market size is already big and it will be bigger in volume in coming years. 
  • Success of Indian students abroad has put Indian education system at the top of the chart and many western educationists are studying Indian education system that how India is able to produce high quality intellectuals from a country where approximately 50% of the total population lives below the poverty line. Success of Indian education system is a big opportunity for us.

Threats :

  • We require intense research on schools to track our potential customers.
  • Local and major corporate are big threat to us but we will try to make them our friends and business partner for the benefit of student community.
  • Since the focus on classes and private tuition is quietly high, students spend most of the time either with school teacher or with tutor. Our focus is to provide every thing online what a tutor provides by charging exorbitant fees

SVIP  has a number of competitors at both domestic and international level in the following forms -

  • SVIP Online Learning is a subsidiary of SVIP School of Intellectuals Inc., United States. The critical factor is how to convince the people about the mission of our organization
  • We are assuming that our first phase of expansion plan will be successful, but what about the subsequent phases? Should we follow the same strategy as we had applied for the first phase or something else? As the competition in market is quite tough.
  • How to handle the large volume of students / audiences, if the number of registered students becomes high, say in Lakhs?
  • What strategy should we follow for sponsorship of prizes and scholarships?
  • What strategy should we follow for handling thousands of SVIP member schools across the vast country
  • What plan should we follow for the conduction of final round physical quiz?
  • How to fix the amount of total prizes when it is not fixed that how many students are going to register? For obvious reasons, if we had sponsor then our task of announcing total prizes will be easier, otherwise it will be challenging.

Project Prosperous India-PPI


India dreams of becoming a developed country by the year of 2026. SVIP feels the pride of sharing the same dream with billions of people by embarking upon a project to clean up India. SVIP is well aware of the fact that a country cannot claim itself to be a developed one without maintaining proper cleanliness. 10% of total revenue of SVIP will be used for this project and students will be supported by different programs to keep their room, school, house, street, city and the country clean.
